Ideal Fundraising Career Path
Upon joining the Ideal Family you'll enter our progression program, we have created a road map for progression that comes with pay increases and extra responsibilities as you grow within the company. Our mentors will guide you on this program and support you along the way.
Fundraiser
As a fundraiser you'll learn all the basics on how to represent a charity, how to engage with different members of the public and inspire them to donate to a cause on a regular basis. You will be trained how to manage your time, how to handle objections and the importance of having a strong work ethic combined with a positive attitude. Fundraiser Pay is £12.50 per hour plus performance related bonus.
Trainee T.L
The first stage in the development is a trainee team leader at this stage you'll learn how to run a team in the field, how to manage the territory. The importance of goal setting and planning motivational meetings. To reach this promotion you will need to secure 12+ pledges consecutively for 3 weeks. Trainee TL Pay is £13.50 per hour plus performance related bonus.
Team Leader
Now you are ready to start building your own team, you will be managing new fundraisers and showing the journey you have just completed. You will be setting your team goals and incentives and leading from the front. Managing the territory for the day and ensuring that your mini operation runs profitable. TL Pay is £13.50 per hour 35 hours plus a team leader bonus on top of your performance related bonus.
Operations Manager
When you have created three Team Leaders and your operation is securing 100 pledges per week. You will be the manager of an entire operation. This includes running team leader meetings, running recruitment and training. Assisting the director in planning territories and handling any complaints. Operations Manager Pay is £30K plus an office profit share + company car.
